| Synopsis: |
| "Toys" is a brand new family musical which takes its inspiration from Tchaikovsky's "Nutcracker." In a modern day setting, it tells the story of Victoria, a fifteen year old orphan, who, disillusioned by real life and her experience of it, disappears into a dream world of living toys - which unbeknownst to her hold the key to her survival of her adult. |

The workshop showcase of "Toys - A New Musical" was performed on 20th and 21st September 2006 at Upstairs at the Gatehouse, Highgate Village.
The musical is one of 12 being showcased by Musical Theatre Matters at Perfect Pitch, an event for new musicals, and produced by Andy Barnes.
